1. Who we are
NovaVPN is an Android VPN application designed to connect users to VPN servers and help manage a protected internet session. For privacy questions or requests related to data processing, contact support@novacleaner.shop.
2. What data may be processed
When NovaVPN is used, technical and service-related data may be processed as needed to launch, support, and secure the VPN service. This may include the IP address used to establish a connection, connection date and time, selected server or location, device or app identifiers, app version, crash data, diagnostics, performance information, and advertising identifiers where ads are shown in the app.
If a user contacts support, the name, email address, and message content may also be processed. NovaVPN is not intended to collect contacts, photos, messages, or other personal files unless a user voluntarily provides information when requesting support.
3. Why data may be used
Data may be used to provide VPN connectivity, distribute traffic across servers, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve app stability, measure performance, display advertising in the free version, and respond to user requests.
4. VPN traffic and logging
To operate the VPN service, NovaVPN may temporarily process technical information about connections and network sessions. This information may be used for routing, server availability, abuse prevention, failure detection, and service quality support. This page does not promise the absence of technical logs: reasonable security and performance logs may be used to the extent necessary to operate the app.
5. Ads and analytics
The free version of the app may use advertising and analytics services, including Google AdMob, Firebase, or comparable tools for ad delivery, basic analytics, crash reporting, and performance measurement. These providers may use their own identifiers, cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies according to their own privacy notices.
6. App permissions
NovaVPN may request only the permissions needed for VPN functions, notifications, connection support, diagnostics, and related Android features. The specific permissions used may depend on the app version, Android version, and enabled features.
7. Sharing with third parties
Data may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, advertising, push notification, abuse prevention, or support providers only to the extent needed to operate the app and support users. NovaVPN does not sell users’ personal data to third parties.

Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, user support, legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the reason it was processed.
9. Security
NovaVPN uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure. However, no method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
NovaVPN is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child submitted data through the app, contact support@novacleaner.shop so the issue can be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.
11. User rights

12. International processing
NovaVPN services, VPN servers, analytics platforms, and infrastructure providers may be located in multiple countries. By using the app, users understand that data may be processed outside their country of residence as part of service operation.
